Last updated 14 October 2026. These terms apply when you contact Good As New Limited ("we"), trading as Good As New Pawn, by WhatsApp, phone, email or this website.
Messages you send us are enquiries only. Any price or offer we mention is an estimate until our staff have inspected the item in store. A pawn loan or purchase is only agreed when the paperwork is completed and signed in store.
Our first replies on WhatsApp may be sent by an automated assistant that collects details about your item and passes them to our staff. The assistant never quotes prices or asks for payment details. A member of our team handles every offer.
You must be the owner of any item you offer us, or be authorised to deal with it, and you must provide valid government photo identification to complete a transaction. We do not accept stolen goods and we cooperate with the police as the law requires.
Loan amounts, interest, fees and redemption periods are set out on your pawn ticket and follow the laws of Jamaica. Items not redeemed by the end of the redemption period are dealt with as the law allows.
We will only message you about your enquiry, your transactions or, if you agree, offers from us. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages.
