You can ask Good As New Limited (Good As New Pawn) to delete the personal information we hold about you from our messaging and customer systems, including WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messages.
Send an email to support@goodasnewpawn.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or send the word DELETE to us on WhatsApp at 876-436-4949. Include the phone number or account you contacted us from.
We will confirm your request within 7 days and delete your messages and contact details within 30 days. Records we must keep by law, such as pawn and purchase records and the identification attached to them, are kept only for the period the law requires and are then deleted.
